Was greeted as soon as I drove up. Was notified by text message what the inspection revealed. Everything was explained in detail. Work was done quickly and the car was delivered...clean! Jerry Garcia is the best to work with...always friendly, always good at explaining what is needed. Always quick to complete the work.

Service was great. Jose was there when I arrived at my appointment. He told me how long the wait was…I originally thought it would be quicker if I waited but they were busy…so I left and it was done around the time he told me that it would be done..So everything worked out. The only thing i was surprised was if you are a new customer from another dealership, (the dealership where I purchased my car said all dealerships would honor the free oil change regardless of where you purchased your car.) They didn’t honor the free oil change (new ownership). Overall, it was a good experience for me. 😊

Shottenkirk Fort Bend Kia is Top Notch in customer service! I originally came in for service on my 2020 Kia Sorrento. Jerry Garcia was great in keeping me updated on the progress and diagnosis of my car’s issue. While waiting, Yosette Posada introduced himself and offered any assistance if I was looking to purchase another vehicle. After the repairs were more extensive than I was prepared for, I reached out to Yosette and his assistant Daniella Rojas. They were great with communication and assuring that my chosen car was going to meet my needs. I also met with Sales Manager, Juan Morales to fine tune the deal to get the right deal for my needs. Once I moved over to finalizing the offer, I meet with Elton Ward in finance. He was fantastic in helping me obtain the right warranty coverage for my needs. My business was earned by providing excellent customer service! Not only do they have my business, but I will be sending friends and family in need of a great experience!

Took my 2019 Kia Sorento in for service. They were able to provide me with extra security on my vehicle. Service did not take too long and they washed the outside of my car which was a very nice surprise.
